You explained time from a human view - but from a cosmic view it is absolute. Whitout time nothing exists. Or All exists at once, that is the same like there is nothing.
A Train, that drive in front of your eyes in a circle, you can see it in rytmic turns, depends on his Speed.
But if that Speed increase more and more, you will see first a rytmic line, then a line without Breaks, and then nothing more. So you see, that without time it Not exists. 😎
That sounds like you kinda missed the theory of relativity - there is no absolute time, even in principle and we can prove it with math.
We perceive time only in a manner similar to how we perceive the color red. Red is a label our brain puts on a certain wavelength of light, but "out there" there is no color red, objectively. For example, different animals "see" the same wavelength as completely different. Time is a label our minds put on a certain direction of entropy. It is only a label we put on it. But out there, there is no time.
Time is nothing - time is money.
Nothing is all that time can give us. 😅

When meditating, you can make time just pass by when visualizing or "noticing" as intensely as you can, you can slow time down.
